Mid-Ohio Metals grew from the sheet-metal fabrication capabilities developed by Rogers Roofing, a Central Ohio specialty roofing contractor founded in 1986. What began as an in-house operation to support demanding slate, copper and metal roofing projects has grown into a dedicated custom fabrication shop.
Brett Rogers founded Rogers Roofing in 1986 with a focus on slate, copper, metal and specialty roofing. As the company took on increasingly specialized work, having the ability to fabricate components in-house became an important part of the operation.
Brakes, shears, roll formers and other fabrication equipment were added over time to produce the panels, trim, flashing and custom pieces required in the field.
What started as a way to support our own roofing projects continued to grow. More equipment meant more capability, and decades of specialty roofing provided firsthand knowledge of how fabricated metal actually needs to fit, perform and install in the field.
Today, those capabilities make up Mid-Ohio Metals — a dedicated sheet-metal fabrication operation serving contractors and projects throughout Central Ohio and the surrounding region.
